All custom orders require upfront payment before production begins.

Before I start, I will confirm the main details of your order, including product type, design, quantity, pricing, and estimated timeline.
Payment is accepted by Square (credit or debit), e-transfer, or cash. Whichever works best for you.
Once payment is made and production has started, orders cannot usually be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Turnaround is often 24 to 72 hours, but timing depends on product availability, order size, design details, supplier delays, weekends, and busy periods.
